Welcome from the Polemarch

Greetings Brothers and Friends,

On behalf of the brothers of the Galveston (TX) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., I extend a heartfelt welcome and sincere appreciation for your interest in our Chapter and its mission. Since our chartering in 1950, our Chapter has remained steadfast in its commitment to uplifting the Galveston community through Scholarship, Charity, and Brotherhood—all firmly rooted in the Fraternity’s fundamental purpose: Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor. We are proud of our legacy and energized by the continued work of service, leadership, and mentorship that defines who we are.

As members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., we proudly uphold the national objectives of our beloved organization: to unite college men of culture, patriotism, and honor in a bond of fraternity; to encourage honorable achievement in every field of human endeavor; to promote the spiritual, social, intellectual, and moral welfare of its members; to assist the aims and purposes of colleges and universities; and to inspire service in the public interest. These guiding principles are woven into the fabric of our chapter’s work—whether we are awarding scholarships to deserving students, giving back through charitable initiatives, or building a sense of unity and purpose among our brothers. Together, we stand committed to making a lasting impact in the lives we touch and the community we proudly serve.
